Use of the services

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a form.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Programmes and content

Programme outlines, schedules, tools and features may change as we improve the platform. Completion certificates are issued at our discretion based on the criteria published for each programme. Course content is for educational purposes and does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome.

AI-generated feedback

Mock interviews, resume suggestions, practice questions and job matches may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it. AI feedback is a learning aid, not professional or recruitment advice.

Intellectual property

The Rubicorn name, logo, curriculum, platform design and content are owned by Rubicorn Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the services for your own learning. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our content without written permission.

Payments

Paid programmes are subject to the fees shown at checkout and our Refund Policy. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubicorn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of opportunity, data or profits arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
